Hydroponics is a subgroup of hydro culture. It is method of growing plants without soil, with the use of solutions with mineral nutrient in a water solvent. Seedling are planted with their roots exposed to the mineral solution and reinforced by objects like pebbles.

To build up a hydroponic system, get an enclosed structure, like the basement of your house, a deck or a greenhouse. Have the floor leveled to allow uniform distribution of water and nutrients to the plants in the system. Protection wings and hot temperatures should be done on outdoor hydroponic systems. In times of cold temperatures, the doctor ponic hydroponic systems should be done indoors and provide led grow light bars for the sake of lighting.

The system is mainly made up of six growing tubes each 6" PVC pipe, a 50-gallon nutrient tank, a pump, a stand and trellis made of PVC and a manifold. The tank is mounted under the table with 6" PVC growing tubes, with the pump inside the tank to thrust the nutrients up to the plants through a manifold of smaller PVC pipes and plastic tubes. Every growing tube has a drainpipe that leads back to the tank. The manifold is then mounted on top of the pipes and sends pressurized water to the tubes. The plants then get the nutrients through the perforations in the nutrient tubes. The 50-gallon nutrient tank is then filled with water and two cups of nutrients added as recommended then the pump is turned on and mixing done for 30 minutes. To plant the seedling, remove soil from the roots by washing then submerge the roots in a lukewarm water ensuring no soil remains in the roots. Then pull as many roots as possible through the bottom of the planting cup and then add clay pebbles that will help hold the plant in place. Use strings and clips to tie the plants to the trellis and gently wind the tips of the seedling around the string.

Check the water levels daily depending on your region due to differing temperatures. Therefore ensure the water is not all evaporated. Ensure the tanker does not run dry and check the pH and nutrient levels every day. It's important to keep a close eye on plant growth and tie or clip the plant stalks every few days. Give the plant a few weeks and they will have grown will completely cover the trellis and then continue using a clip to hold the tips of the plant to the string. Now wait on the produce as you checking the progress.
